Perused the material on record. Learned Assistant Government Pleader placed on record written instructions and would submit that Petitioner submitted an application in PGRS Spandana Grievance Cell, which is forwarded to respondent No.4, for taking necessary action, in that regard, respondent No.4 called the Petitioner for preliminary enquiry, wherein, petitioner gave a written consent that he would settle the issue before the elders after arrival of his son from Bangalore, since the unofficial respondents are his family members, who are nothing but his wife and children. Accordingly, PGRS application of the Petitioner is closed and requested to dispose of the Writ Petition by passing appropriate orders. 4 In that view, this Writ Petition is disposed of. Petitioner is at liberty to make a fresh complaint before appropriate authorities and pursue the matter according to law, if so advised. No order as to costs.
