For non-compliance of the said order, present contempt case has been filed under Sections 10 and 12 of the Contempt of Courts Act, 1971. 2. The respondent has filed a reply-affidavit stating that the respondent has considered the petitioner’s representation and submitted a report to the effect that the land in Sy.No.29/6, admeasuring Ac.2.76 cents, is classified as AWD land. As per the revenue records, an extent of Ac.2.00 cents was granted DKT patta in favour of Aroct Ramachandra Rao, and the remaining extent of Ac.0.76 cents is classified as AWD land in the Webland adangal. It is further noted that the said land is shown as village site and the pattadar’s name is recorded as ‘Offices of Local Bodies’. 3. On perusal of the reply-affidavit it appears that the order of this Court has been complied with and nothing remains for further adjudication. 4. In view of the same, the present Contempt Case is closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
