The present case was adjourned sine die (C) No.13407 of 2015 titled as Jagjit Singh D against judgment Nirpaljeet Kaur and others vs. State of Punjab and -8456-2008, dated 06.05.2014, disposed of on 04.03.2024, regarding which respondent No.3-Improvement Trust, Patiala states submitted an application to the State Government on 06.05.2025 for considering claim in this case in terms thereof and reads thus: “Delay condoned. There have been subsequent developments. The recommendation for a change of land use rejected by the resolution of the Patiala Town Improvement Trust, dated 12.12.2014. As per the petitioners, the Trust has subsequently passed the resolution dated 16.02.2015, recommending for change of land use, but a final decision has not yet been taken. In view of the aforesaid position, we are inclined to and dismiss the present special leave petitions.
