Heard learned counsel for the parties. 2. This is a writ petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India wherein the writ petitioners have prayed for the following substantial reliefs: "i. Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of certiorari quashing the order dated 21.04.2025 passed by Respondent No.4 imposing liability of Rs.617622/- upon the petitioner being charge/Electricity Bill of Power consumed. ii. Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus commanding the respondent No.4 not to compel the petitioner's firm to deposit any amount in term of impugned order dated 21.04.2025." 3. Upon hearing counsel appearing on behalf of the parties and after perusal of the impugned order, we are of the view that the impugned order dated 21.04.2025 is bereft of reasons, and accordingly, we quash and set aside the impugned order with a direction upon the authorities concerned to grant an opportunity of hearing to the petitioner and thereafter pass a fresh reasoned order in accordance with law within a period of eight weeks from date. 4.
