Heard learned counsel for the applicant, learned A.G.A. for the State and perused the record. 2. By means of the instant bail application, the applicant, Santosh Rai, seeks bail in Case Crime No. 87 of 2025, under Sections 120-B, 420, 364 I.P.C., Police Station Jiyanpur, District Azamgarh. 3. Learned counsel for the applicant submits that the F.I.R. was lodged against the applicant and seven other accused persons. Allegation is that applicant introduced co-accused, Krishna Chand Rai, the informant was abducted and was kept by the accused in the house of Krishna Chand Rai, on 08.03.2025 the applicant and Krishna Chand Rai took the informant to the Registry Officer and got executed land in favour of other co-accused. Learned counsel further submits that applicant has falsely been implicated in the case. The informant himself executed sale deed in favour of co-accused. The informant is a drunkard man and in this habit he sold out the land and falsely implicated the applicant. The applicant is in jail since 14.03.2025. 4. Per contra, learned A.G.A. has opposed the prayer for bail by contending that there is active participation of applicant in the commission of offence, therefore, he does not deserve to be enlarged on bail. 5. Keeping in view submissions of learned counsel for the parties, gravity of offence, nature of allegations and all the attending facts and circumstances of the case including the fact that there is specific allegation that applicant introduced co-accused, Krishna Chand Rai; the informant was abducted and was kept by the accused in the house of Krishna Chand Rai; on 08.03.2025 the applicant and Krishna Chand Rai took the informant to the Registry Officer and got executed land in favour of other co-accused, therefore, his bail application deserves to be rejected. 6. Accordingly, the present bail application filed on behalf of applicant- Santosh Rai, is rejected. Order Date :- 28.7.2025 Mustaqeem.
