This Writ Petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, has been filed, by the Petitioner for the following relief:
“ ... to issue any writ, order or direction more particularly one in the nature of writ of Mandamus declaring the inaction on the part of the respondents 2 to 4 in taking action on the petitioner's representation dated 2.5.2022 submitted in Spandana as illegal, violative of Articles 14 and 21 of the Constitution of India and contrary to the provisions of the Code of Criminal Procedure and consequently direct the respondents 2 to 4 to take action basing on the petitioner's representations dated 2.5.2022 and pass ...”

Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home representing for respondent State. Perused the material on record.
Learned Assistant Government Pleader placed on record, the written instructions and would submit that based on the Spandana Petition filed by the Petitioner before respondent No.2, respondent No.4 enquired into the matter and found that the dispute is purely a consumer dispute between the Petitioner and respondent No.7 and that no crime is registered and requested to dispose of the Writ Petition by passing appropriate orders.
Learned counsel for the Petitioner would submit that recording the said submission, this Writ Petition may be disposed of.

In that view, this Writ Petition is disposed of. Petitioner is at liberty to work out the remedy before appropriate forum according to law. No order as to costs. Pending applications, if any, shall stand closed.
