The petitioner has filed the instant petition under Section 528 of Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 seeking quashing of impugned order dated 03.04.2025 (Annexure P-4) passed by learned Additional District and Sessions Judge, Sri Muktsar Sahib, whereby non-bailable warrants of arrest has been issued against the petitioner in case FIR No.32 dated 17.02.2022 registered under Sections 376-D, 506 & 34 of Indian Penal Code, 1860 (Section 6 of Protection of Children from Sexual Offence Act, 2012 was added lateron) at Police Station Kotbhai, District Sri Muktsar Sahib. 2. After arguing the case for sometime, learned counsel for the petitioner wishes to withdraw the present petition and submits that the petitioner shall surrender before the Trial Court within a period of 10 days from today and shall file an appropriate application/petition for grant of bail. 3. Dismissed as withdrawn.
