Heard the learned counsel on eithe side. 3. The learned counsel appearing for th petitioner would submit that the petitioner ha sought for transfer of the case from the file o the Family Court, Ariyalur to the file of th Family Court, Kumbakonam and after the orde they came to know that there is no Family Cou at Kumbakonam. 4. It is seen from the records that thi Court has passed an order dated 16.12.202 transferring the case as sought for by th petitioner. 5. Considering the above, this Court inclined to amend the Court as Principal Su Court, Kumbakonam instead of Family Cour Kumbakonam in the transfer petition as well a in the order.
