Alleging that the respondents have not complied with the orders and directions issued by the Coordinate Bench of this Court in W.P. (S) No. 10211 of 2025 dated 10.09.2025, the petitioner / complainant is before this court in this contempt petition. 2 2. Vide order under contempt dated 10.09.2025 passed in Writ Petition (S) No. 10211 of 2025 (Smt. Rupa Anant vs. State of Chhattisgarh & others), learned Coordinate Bench of this court has passed the following order, which reads thus :- “9. In light of above stated position and also considering the fact that the petitioner has difficulty to move, the posting order of the petitioner shall remain stayed for eight weeks and the petitioner is directed to make a representation before the concerned authorities within two weeks who will consider in objective manner and decide the representation of the petitioner in accordance with law keeping in view of law laid down by the Hon’ble Supreme Court in the case of S.K.Nausad Rahaman & others Vs. Union of India & others 1 within an outer limit of six weeks from the date of receipt of copy the representation. 10. With the aforesaid observations and directions, the instant writ petition stands disposed of.” 3. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that in the order under contempt, it was directed by the Coordinate Bench that representation filed by the petitioner would be decided in accordance with law keeping in view the law laid down by Hon’ble Supreme Court in the case of S.K.Nausad Rahaman & others (supra). He further submits that vide order Annexure C-3 dated 04.11.2025 representation of the petitioner has been decided and rejected the same without considering the observations of Apex Court held in the case of S.K.Nausad Rahaman & others (supra). 1 (2022) 12 SCC 1 3 4. Perusal of order Annexure C-3 dated 4.11.2025 shows that it takes place the aforesaid judgment of the Apex Court and, thereafter, representation of the petitioner has been rejected. Thus, since order under contempt has been complied with, therefore, no case of contempt is made out against the respondents, as such, this Court is not inclined to issue notice to the respondents / contemnors. 5. Accordingly, the contempt case is dropped. However, it is observed that if the petitioner has any grievance in respect of Annexure C-3 dated 4.11.2025, then he make take recourse to law,if so advised.
