GP FOR SCHOOL EDUCATION The Court made the following Common Order: Today, when the matters are taken up for hearing, Mr.K.Satyanarayana Murthy, Mr.V.Sai Kumar, Mr.V.Padmanabha Rao, learned counsel for the petitioners conjointly submits that, these matters are squarely covered by an 2 order of this Court passed in W.P.No.10389 of 2021, dated 08.08.2024 and requests this Court to pass similar order in these writ petitions. 2. On the other hand, learned Assistant Government Pleader for School Education vehemently argued that these matters are not covered matters and the respondents have filed Writ Appeals challenging the order of this Court dated 08.08.2024 passed in W.P.No.10389 of 2021 and the same were disposed of vide common judgment dated 23.08.2024 passed in W.A.Nos.1193 of 2023 and batch. The operative portion reads as follows: “…….. The respondents shall submit individual applications to the appellants within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of this order. The respondents shall also submit the relevant annexures, such as, the appointment letter, service record if any available with the respondents and any other document relating to their claim for absorption into aided posts. 12. The appellants shall pass appropriate orders preferably within a period of 8 (eight) weeks after receipt of such representations from the respondents. With these observations, the writ appeals are disposed off without costs.” 3. In view of the submissions of both the learned counsels, this Court is inclined to dispose of these writ petitions in terms of the common Judgment dated 23.08.2024 passed in W.A.Nos.1193 of 2023 and batch. 4. Accordingly, these Writ Petitions are disposed of, directing the petitioners to submit individual applications to the respondents within a period of six (6) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, along with relevant annexure, such as, the appointment letter, service record if any available with the appellants and any other document relating to their claim for 3 absorption into aided posts. On receipt of the applications, the respondents shall pass appropriate orders preferably within a period of eight (08) weeks from the date of receipt of applications. No costs. 5.
