1. Parties are present before the Court. There is no possibility of amicable settlement. Hence, the matter is heard on merit.
2. Heard Sri. N. Gowtham Raghunath, learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri. Manjunath G., learned counsel for the respondent.

3. The present petition is filed by the petitioner/wife under Section 24 of the Code of Civil Procedure with the following prayer:
"WHEREFORE, it is humbly prayed that this Hon'ble Court be pleased to : (i) Pass an appropriate
order/direction transferring M.C.No.895/2024 pending adjudication before the Hon'ble Court of the Principal Judge, Family Court, Mysuru to the Hon'ble 4th Additional Family Judge at Bengaluru (Annexure - A)."

Facts in the nutshell which are utmost necessary for disposal of the present petition are as under: 4.1 On account of strained matrimonial relationship between the petitioner and respondent, the respondent/husband has filed a petition for restitution of conjugal rights on the file of Family Court, Mysore in M.C. No.895/2024.

5. Wife is now seeking transfer of the matrimonial case from Mysore to Bangalore on account of geographical distance and financial incapacity to participate the proceedings at Mysore. Moreover, she has filed a petition for maintenance which is pending before the Court at Bangalore.
6. The grounds of petition is opposed by the counsel for the respondent.
7. Having heard the arguments of both sides, it is noted that geographical distance and financial incapacity are no longer valid grounds to transfer the proceedings from one Court to another Court in view of the video conferencing facility.
8. Thus, request of the petitioner cannot be granted.
9. However, if the petitioner intends to participate in the proceedings before the Family Court effectively through video conferencing, she may file an application

10. With that direction, following Order:
