Learned counsel for the applicant submits that though the applicant has been reinstated in service, but after his death, his legal heir has not been granted consequential benefits, as such the second part of the order under contempt has not been Digitally signed by RAMAKANT NIRALA

2. Learned State counsel submits that the order has been complied with and if the applicant/legal heir is aggrieved by the same, he may file representation before the respondent authorities.
3. In view of the above, the contempt petition stands disposed of. However, liberty is reserved in favour of the legal heir of applicant to file representation before the respondent authorities seeking consequential benefits and if the same is not granted to him, he may approach this Court again.
