The petitioner has been made accused in connection with Lohardaga P.S. Case No. 212/2024 corresponding to N.D.P.S. Case No. 10/2024, for the offences registered under Sections 20(b)(ii)(A)/32 of the N.D.P.S. Act, subsequently charge has been framed under Section 20(b)(ii)B/32 of the N.D.P.S. Act, pending in the Court of learned Sessions Judge-cum-Special Judge, Lohardaga. 3. On 01.11.2024, Lohardaga police, seized 29 pieces of cigarette filled with cannabis. On search, 1.25 kgs. of cannabis were also recovered from the kiosk of the petitioner. 4. It was submitted that the quantum of seized cannabis comes within the purview of intermediary quantity. It was further submitted that the petitioner has got no criminal antecedent and this fact has been mentioned at paragraph no. 09 of the bail application. 5. In view of the submissions made above, I am inclined to release the petitioner, on bail. Accordingly, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned Sessions Judge-cum-Special Judge, Lohardaga in connection with Lohardaga P.S.
