Ms. Iswarya, learned counsel submitted the instructions of the Deputy Executive Engineer Operation, APEPDCL, Lr.No.DEE/OSD/T/TPG/F.Doc./D.No.330/25, dated 27.03.2025, wherein it was stated that the power supply was given to the petitioner’s premises vide service No. 1541235100027290 and there are issues from APEPDCL Department. Tadepalligudem vide 5. A counter affidavit was filed on behalf of respondent No.2, wherein it was stated that the authorities are not resorting to disconnecting the power supply of the petitioner’s premises. Given the instructions of the Deputy Executive Engineer Operation, APEPDCL, Tadepalligudem and the averments made in the counter affidavit filed on behalf of respondent No.2, the Writ Petition is disposed of at the stage of admission with the consent ’of both the learned counsel, directing the respondent authorities not to disconnect the power supply to the petitioner’s premises, without following the due process of law.
