ORDER:
This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India with the following prayer for:
“…to issue an appropriate writ or order or direction more in the nature of a writ of mandamus declaring the failure of Respondents Nos.1 to 3 in completing the investigation and filing the charge-sheet in FIR No.830/2023 dated 31.10.2023 registered on the file of Penamaluru Police Station, Krishna District as being arbitrary, in violation of Article 14, 19, 21 of the Constitution of India, 1950 and contrary to the settled principles of law and consequently direct Respondents Nos.1 to 3 to complete the investigation within a period of 4 weeks and diligently pursue the filing of charge-sheet against Respondent No 4 and pass.…”

When the matter is taken up for hearing, Sri V.Farook, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home for the respondents, on instructions, would submit that the investigation is completed in this matter and charge sheet has been filed vide CF.No.4607 of 2024 dated 15.07.2024 on the file of the VI Additional Metropolitan Magistrate Court, Vijayawada.

Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that recording the same, the petition may be disposed of.
4. Recording the submission made by the learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home, this Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
