Sri Sanjay Kumar Om, learned counsel for respondents, at the outset, submits that this writ petition may be dismissed as infructuous since grievance of petitioner has been addressed and payment of retiral dues have been made to petitioner. 2. Sri S.K. Rai, learned counsel for petitioner has not objected said submission, however, he has objected that quantum of payment is disputed. 3. Considering aforesaid submissions, this writ petition is dismissed as infructuous. 4.
