SREEJITH V.S., GP THIS WRIT PETITION (CIVIL) HAVING COME UP FOR ADMISSION ON 26.03.2025, THE COURT ON THE SAME DAY DELIVERED THE FOLLOWING: 2025:KER:25792 WP(C) NO. 12427 OF 2025 2 JUDGMENT Petitioner has approached this Court seeking a limited relief. He prays that Ext.P2 application filed by him for temporary permit under Section 87(1)(d) of the Motor Vehicles Act, 1988, be considered and disposed of by the respondent within a time frame to be fixed by this Court. 2. Adv.O D. Sivadas submits that his client wishes to raise an objection to the application of the petitioner and seeks time to file an impleading petition on behalf of Sri. Jesmi P.V, W/o. Gireesh, Manakkappallam, Vayalkkara, Kunnukara, Ernakulam and Sri. Poulose. P.K, S/o. Kochappu. 3. Learned Government pleader submits that Ext.P2 can be considered in accordance with the law, after hearing any objections that may be raised by the aforesaid Jesmi, Poulose and any other person. 4. Having heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, learned Government Pleader and the learned counsel, who sought time to file an impleading petition on behalf of the aforesaid Jesmi and Poulose, the writ petition will stand disposed of, directing the respondent to consider and pass orders on 2025:KER:25792 WP(C) NO. 12427 OF 2025 3 Ext.P2, in accordance with the law, after affording an opportunity of hearing to the petitioner, to the aforesaid Sri.Jesmi and Sri.Poulose and to any other persons,who may wish to object to the grant of temporary permit, within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a certified copy of this judgment.
