For the Petitioner : Mr. Mukesh Kumar, Advocate
------
Order No.07 Dated- 29/07/2025 I.A. No.411 of 2025 Heard the parties.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that this interlocutory application has been filed with a prayer to substitute the legal representatives of the sole petitioner namely Girish Tiwary. It is submitted that the sole petitioner namely Girish Tiwary died on 30.07.2024 leaving behind his only six legal representatives whose names, parentage and addresses have been mentioned in paragraph no.2 of this interlocutory application. It is further submitted that unless the prayer to substitute the only six legal representatives of the deceased sole petitioner namely Girish Tiwary is allowed, the petitioner will be highly prejudiced. Mr. Mukesh Kumar filed power on behalf of the only six legal representatives of the deceased sole writ petitioner. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, the prayer to substitute the only six legal representatives of the deceased petitioner namely Girish Tiwary, whose names, parentage and addresses have been mentioned in paragraph no.2 of this interlocutory application as Petitioners nos.1 (a) to 1 (f); is allowed. Registry is directed to incorporate the names, parentage and addresses
of the said Petitioners nos.1 (a) to 1 (f) in the cause title of the writ petition with red ink and mention the word ‘dead’ against the name of the deceased sole petitioner namely Girish Tiwary. This interlocutory application is disposed of accordingly.
