S. School can be allowed to act as Principal In-Charge of the School, as on date and as such, the Inspector of Schools, SDC, Tezpur, District- Sonitpur shall continue to act an Principal In-Charge of the School along with financial power as allowed vide the Office order dated 14.06.2024. Considering the order dated 25.12.2024, this Court is of the considered opinion that substantial compliance has been made by the sole respondent. Accordingly contempt petition is closed.
