Consequently direct the respondents herein not to interfere with the civil rights and liberty of the petitioner without following due procedure of law and pass…”
2. Heard Sri S.A.Razak, learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri V.Farook, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home appearing for the respondents.
03. Sri V.Farooq, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home for the respondents, on written instructions, brought to the notice of this Court basing on the report from Dr.Anupalli Apparao, Assistant Director, Animal Veterinary Hospital, Chinagadhili on 03.10.2025, a crime was registered in Cr.No.5 & 6 r/w 10 of the Andhra Pradesh Prohibition of cow slaughter and animal preservation Act-1977 and Section 318 (4), 336(2), 338, 336 (3), 340 (2), 61 (2) BNS Act on the file of Anandapuram Police Station against the petitioner.
4. Recording the above said submissions, this Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
