Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home, on written instructions would submit that pursuant to the complaints made by the petitioner, the police have conducted a preliminary enquiry and came to conclusion that the subject matter is purely civil in nature. 4. Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that recording the same, the petition may be disposed of. 5. Recording the above said submissions, the Writ Petition is disposed of. However, the petitioner is at liberty to workout his remedy before the appropriate forum according to law. There shall be no order as to costs.
