ORAL ORDER
1. Petitioner, who apprehends arrest in Crime No.19/2025 registered by Jayanagar Police Station, Bengaluru City, for the offences punishable under Sections 506, 34, 419, 420, 468, 471 and 464 of IPC, is before this Court under Section 482 of BNSS, 2023, seeking anticipatory bail.
2. Heard the learned counsel for the parties.

Perusal of the material on record would go to show that private complaint was filed in PCR No.9080/2024 before the jurisdictional Magistrate by the defacto complainant Smt.Sheela Rambadri which was referred to the jurisdictional police, who in turn have registered FIR in Crime No.19/2025 for the aforesaid offences against Mahesh and others. Apprehending arrest in the said case, petitioner had filed Crl.Misc.No.5029/2025 which was rejected by the jurisdictional Sessions Court on 23.06.2025. Therefore, he is before this Court.
4. Perusal of the material on record would go to show that petitioner herein is not a party to the complaint nor is he

arraigned as accused in the FIR. The allegation of cheating etc has been made by the defacto complainant against accused No.1, who is said to be a real estate agent. Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that petitioner is working in the office of accused No.1 and he has now received an enquiry notice from police and therefore, he apprehends his arrest.
Learned counsel for the petitioner has also submitted that petitioner has no criminal antecedents and he is ready and willing to cooperate with the police for the purpose of investigation. Considering the aforesaid aspects of the matter, I am of the opinion that the prayer made by the petitioner for grant of anticipatory bail needs to be answered affirmatively. Accordingly, the following order:-
5. The petition is allowed. The respondent - Police or any other police in the State of Karnataka are directed to release the petitioner in the event of his arrest in Crime No.19/2025 registered by Jayanagar Police Station, Bengaluru City, for the offences punishable under Sections 506, 34, 419, 420, 468, 471 and 464 of IPC, subject to the following conditions:

1. The Petitioner shall appear before the Investigating Officer within 15 days from the date of receipt of the copy of this order and shall execute a personal bond for a sum of Rs.1,00,000/- with two sureties for the likesum to the satisfaction of the investigating officer.
2. Petitioner shall regularly appear before the Trial Court without fail unless exempted by the Trial Court for valid reasons.
3. Petitioner shall not tamper with the prosecution witnesses and he shall co-operate with the police for investigation and appear before them whenever called upon.
4. The petitioner shall not involve in similar offences in future.
