This Writ Petition has been filed to declare the action of the respondent Nos.1 to 5 in not including and not permitting the petitioner institution into APEAPCET-2025 for admissions for the academic year 2025-26 even though the Apex body granted approval as illegal and arbitrary. 2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the cause of action does not survive in the present writ petition. In view of the said submission, no orders are required to be passed in this case.
