CRM-M-25980-2025 #2# The Counsel for the complainant admits that a compromise has been arrived at between the parties. I have heard counsel for the parties. Though the allegations against the petitioner and his co-accused are very serious, firstly complainant has not supported the prosecution case and secondly a compromise has been arrived at between the parties. In this situation the further incarceration of the petitioner is not required. Thus without commenting on the merits of the case, the present petition is allowed and the petitioner-Harphool Singh @ Bharpoor Singh son of Sh. Prem Singh is ordered to be released on bail subject to his furnishing bail bonds and surety bonds to the satisfaction of learned CJM/Duty Magistrate, concerned. Petition stand disposed of.
