This bail application under Section 483 of BNSS has been moved by the applicant, Prashant S/o Jhabar Singh seeking his release on bail in connection with FIR No.470 of 2024, registered at Police Station Bhagwanpur, District Haridwar, for offences punishable under sections 302, 201, 34 of IPC and under section 25/3 of the Arms Act. 4. At the outset, learned counsel for the applicant submits that two co-accused, namely, Akshay and Ajay @ Kaka, have already been granted bail by this Court vide order dated 24.02.2025 in BA 1st No.2208 of 2024 and BA 1st No.2210 of 2024 respectively, and the case of parity is made out. 5. Learned State Counsel admits the fact that the co-accused have already been granted bail by this Court vide order dated 24.02.2025. 6. Considering the overall facts and circumstances of the case, a case for bail is made out by the applicant. 7. Consequently, bail application is allowed. Let the applicant be released on bail, on his executing a personal bond and furnishing two reliable sureties, each of the like amount to the satisfaction of the Magistrate concerned.
