The above contempt case has been filed, complaining of a violation of the order dated 20.09.2024, passed in W.P. No. 19920 of 2024. 2. Heard learned counsel appearing on either side. 3. The petitioner filed the aforementioned writ petition complaining of the interference of respondents 4 & 5 in discharging duties as Sangamitra (Village Organisation Assistant) in the 6th respondent Society. 4. The said writ petition was disposed of on 20.09.2024.
The operative portion of said order reads as follows:
“Given the facts and circumstances of the case coupled with the aforementioned circular issued by the Principal Secretary, SERP, and the oral instructions furnished by the Project Director, DRDA, Chittoor District, this Writ Petition is disposed of at the admission stage, with the consent of the learned counsel on either side, directing the respondent Nos.4 and 5 not to interfere with the petitioner’s discharging duties as Sangamitra / VAO in Noolukunta Village, Kuppam Mandal, Chittoor District.”
5. In the affidavit filed in support of the contempt case, it was pleaded that despite the said order, the respondents are interfering with the petitioner’s discharge of duties. 6. A counter-affidavit has been filed by respondent No.1, wherein it was pleaded that the petitioner has been continuing as VOA and the respondents are not interfering with the petitioner’s discharge of duties as VOA. 7. No rejoinder has been filed disputing the averments made in the counter-affidavit. 8. Thus, as seen from the averments made in the counter-affidavit, the respondents are not interfering with the petitioner’s discharge of duties as VOA. Hence, this Court does not find any violation of the order dated 20.09.2024, passed in W.P. No. 19920 of 2024. 9. Given the facts and circumstances of the case, the Contempt Case is dismissed.
