Learned Additional Government Advocate accepts notice for respondents No.1 and 2. 2. Sri H.N. Vasudeva, learned counsel accepts notice for respondent No.3. 3. Petitioner is before this Court seeking for the following reliefs:- "I. Issue writ in the nature of Mandamus directing the Respondent No.2 and 3 to consider the application of Petitioner produced at Annexure-A dated 04.03.2021 before State Level Single Window Clearance Committee in next ensuing meeting of SLSWCC. - 3 - HC-KAR NC: 2025:KHC:45724 WP No. 33822 of 2025 II. Issue writ in the nature of Mandamus directing the Respondent No.1 and 2 to issue Land Allotment Letter for plot bearing no. P3 measuring 4.64 acres in Hi-Tech Defence and Aerospace Park, Phase-1 at Bandikodigehalli to the Petitioner. III. Grant the petitioner the costs of this proceeding. IV. Pass such other order as it deems fit to grant in the circumstances of the case, to meet the ends of justice and equity." 4. The grievance of the petitioner is; despite the orders which had been passed by this Court in W.P. No.19742/2023 and the petitioner identified a plot for allotment, respondent No.2 has not placed the same before the State Level Single Window Clearance Committee for necessary action. 5. The order passed by the Coordinate Bench of this Court on 18.04.2024 in W.P. No.19742/2023 is very clear. It was therefore required for respondent No.2 to have placed the proposal of the petitioner for consideration before the SLSWCC in the very next ensuing meeting. In that view of the matter, respondent No.2 is directed to place the proposal of the petitioner before the very next SLSWCC meeting without fail. 7. If the same were not to be so placed, the respondent No.2 will be incurring suitable action including contempt. Until then, the respondents are restrained from allotting the plot identified by the petitioner to any one else. 8. In view of the above, petition is disposed of.
