The present writ petition is filed seeking a declaration that the action of the 2nd respondent in not considering the petitioner’s representations, dated 20.09.2017 and 15.04.2024 and not issuing the TDR bonds for the road acquired portion to an extent of 600 Sq.yards of site facing M.G Road at D.No.64-9- 1 and 64-9-2 in RS.NO.75/2 of Patamata, Vijayawada and an extent of 100 Square yards of site facing M.G. Road at D.No.40-1-52/5, in NTS No.119/6 of Patamata, Vijayawada, as arbitrary and illegal and for a consequential direction to the 2nd respondent to issue TDR bonds for the road-acquired portioins. 2. Heard the submissions of the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned standing counsel for the 2nd respondent. 3. During the course of hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the issue involved in this writ petition is squarely covered by the order dated 26.06.2025 passed by this Court in W.P.No.15091of 2025 and requested to pass a similar order in this writ petition also. The same is not disputed by the learned standing counsel for the 2nd respondent. 4. In view of the same, for the reasons alike in the aforesaid order, this writ petition is also disposed of, in terms of the order, dated 26.06.2025 passed by this Court in W.P.No.15091 of 2025. There shall be no order as to costs. 5. Registry is directed to annex a copy of the order in W.P. No.15091 of 2025 to the order in the present writ petition.
