Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Standing Counsel on behalf of respondents no.1 & 2. 2. Petitioner is a complainant and on the complaint dated 21.05.2024 made by him against the respondent no.3 namely Naushad Ansari, Gram Pradhan, Gram Panchayat-Murera, District Ghazipur a preliminary enquiry report has been submitted on 05.03.2025, copy of which is appended as annexure-3 to the writ petition. 3. It is argued by counsel for the petitioner that though a considerable time has already lapsed but till date no final decision has been taken on the same. 4. On the other hand it is argued by learned Standing Counsel that final decision will be taken by the respondent no.2 expeditiously. 5. With the consent of learned counsel for the parties, the writ petition is being disposed of at the admission stage itself. 6. Taking into consideration the nature of relief sought by the petitioner and without dwelling upon the merit of the matter, the petition is disposed of with the direction to respondent concerned to take a final decision in the matter within two months from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order after providing opportunity of hearing to the parties concerned.
