The said notification was issued inviting application for recruitment to the post of Assistant Engineer. 2. Learned counsel for the respondents on receiving instructions submitted that following the impugned notification, selection process has been completed and the posts have been filled up and subsequently, two notifications were issued inviting application for recruitment to the very same post. 3. In the light of the above, the relief sough for in this writ petition does not survive for adjudication at present. 4. Accordingly, this Writ Petition is dismissed.
