3. Petitioner has challenged the order dated 05.04.2025 passed by learned Additional Principal Judge, Family Court, Dehradun. By the said order, one-month civil imprisonment has been imposed for committing contempt of an order passed by Family Court.
4. Mr. Rajesh Joshi, learned counsel for the caveator submits that the order impugned is appealable before a Division Bench under Section 19 of the Family Courts Act.

Learned counsel for the petitioner thus prays for withdrawal of the writ petition with liberty to file appeal before the appropriate forum.
6. In view of the prayer made by
learned counsel for the petitioner, the writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn, with the aforesaid liberty.
