JUSTICE SANDEEP KUMAR ORAL ORDER 2 16-07-2025 Heard the parties. 2. This application has been filed for grant of bail to the petitioners in connection with Belaganj P.S. Case No.253 of 2025, registered for the offences under Sections 103(1), 238, 3(5) of the B.N.S., 2023. 3. After some arguments, learned counsel for the petitioners is permitted to withdraw the bail application on behalf of the petitioner no.1. 4. Accordingly, the instant application on behalf of the petitioner no.1 is dismissed as withdrawn. 5. Now, this application is being considered only with regard to the petitioner no.2. Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.43944 of 2025(2) dt.16-07-2025 2/2 6. Petitioner is the sister-in-law (gotni) of the deceased and there is allegation against her that she killed the sister of the informant due to non-fulfillment of demand for dowry. 7. The petitioner is in custody since 05.05.2025 and she claims clean antecedent. 8. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this application is allowed. 9. Let the petitioner no.2, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial Magistrate 1st Class, Gaya/concerned Court below, in connection with Belaganj P.S.
