The present petition has been preferred for a direction commanding the respondent nos.2 and 3 to close the criminal history of the petitioner illegally opened by the police station Bisanda, district Banda bearing Criminal History No. 173 of 2012 under Section 110G of Cr.P.C. 3. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, we are not inclined to keep the matter pending consideration and with the consent of the parties, the writ petition is disposed of finally with a direction that in case the petitioner moves a fresh representation ventilating its grievances before the second respondent i.e. Superintendent of Police, Banda within two weeks, we hope and trust that the same would be considered strictly in accordance with law within a further period of eight weeks from the date of production of a certified copy of this order before him.
