HON'BLE MR. JUSTICE E.S.INDIRESH ORAL ORDER In this petition, the petitioner is assailing the order dated 06.05.2025 (Annexure 'A') passed by respondent No.3.
2. Sri Somashekhara K H, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner has invited the attention of the Court to the order dated 10.02.2025 in WP No.928/2025 (Annexure 'P') to the writ petition and submitted that this Court has
directed the respondent No.3 to take decision in the matter wherein positive direction has been issued to

order passed is to be interfered with in this writ petition.
3. Learned AGA submitted that the claim made by the petitioner herein seeking katha has been rejected by respondent No.3 and as such the petitioner has to approach respondent No.2 under Section 136(2) of the Karnataka Land Revenue Act, 1964.
4. In the light of the submission made by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and on careful examination of paragraph 11 in WP No.928/2025 makes it clear that this Court has directed respondent No.3 to strictly adhere to the procedural requirements in Sections 128 and 129 of the Karnataka Land Revenue Act, 1964 and in that view of the matter, the impugned order has been passed by respondent No.3. Therefore, I find force in the submission made by the learned AGA that the petitioner has to challenge the impugned order before the
