AMARNATH GOUD Order 03.04.2025 At the very outset, it is represented by Mr. Kohinoor N Bhattacharjee, learned Government Advocate before this court the order dated 06.09.2024 passed in WP(C) 574 of 2024 has been complied with and nothing survives for adjudication. In support of his submission, he has placed before this court the order of communication dated 07.03.2025 and 10.03.2025 as Annexure R/2 and Annexure-R/3 respectively. On perusal of the same, it appears that the order has been complied with and the instant case needs to be closed. In view of the said submission, the present contempt case stands closed. However, it is made clear that if the petitioner is still aggrieved by the order of compliance, he will be at liberty to avail appropriate remedies under law.
