Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that a speaking order was passed by the authority allowing the petitioners to pay the tax. 4. 5. Given the facts and circumstances of the case, since a speaking order was passed directing the petitioners to pay tax, no further adjudication is required in this writ petition. 6. Therefore, the writ petition is closed. There shall be no order as to costs. Miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed. Sd/- G.
