A competitor, whose bid stood rejected raised objection regarding technical bid of his client and followed through by filing writ petition. Coordinate Bench on order dated 17th January, 2025 disposed of the writ petition [writ-C no. 41587 of 2024( M/S Shakti Livestock Feeds (P) Ltd. Vs. state of U.P. and 2 others)]. His client was respondent no.3 in said writ petition. 2. Direction by said order dated 17th January, 2025 (supra) was for the employer to decide within ten days, the objection. Several months have passed. Prayer of his client is to direct the employer to make known the decision. 3. Mr. Mohan Srivastava, learned advocate, Standing Counsel appears on behalf of State and submits, he wants to read his instruction. On query he submits, the decision has not been notified. 4. Petitioner will serve certified copy of this order on respondent no.2. Within two weeks of the communication, decision taken on objection of M/S Shakti Livestock Feeds (P) Ltd. be informed to petitioner. 5. The writ petition is disposed of.
