The present petition has been filed for the following relief : "i) issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of certiorari quashing the impugned order dated 28.02.2025 passed by Additional Commissioner Ist, Aligarh Region Aligarh in Appeal bearing Case No.727/2024 (Computerized Case No.C-202418000000727) (Raj Kumari Vs. Ramveer and Others), U/S 38(4) of U.P. Revenue Code 2006, Village Jansoi, Tehsil Sikandra Rau, District Hathras (Annexure No.9 to the writ petition)." 3. Learned Standing Counsel has raised a preliminary objection that the petitioner has an alternative remedy of filing a revision under the provisions of the U.P. Revenue Code, 2006. 4. Since, the petitioner has an alternative remedy, I am not inclined to interfere in the matter. 5.
