Pursuant to order passed by this Court on 09.05.2025, a personal affidavit of respondent no. 2/District Magistrate/Licensing Authority, Ghazipur placed before this Court, the same is taken on record. 2. It is stated in paragraph 6 of the aforesaid affidavit that after obtaining the reports from the concerned department, a license has been issued in favour of the petitioner, copy of which is appended as Annexure No. 1 to the personal affidavit. 3. After perusing the aforesaid affidavit, the same was returned to the learned Standing Counsel for filing it before the Registry through e-file mode. 4. After going through the same, a prayer has been made by Sri Mohd Sarwar Khan, learned counsel for the petitioner that relief sought has already been granted, therefore, no further orders are required to be passed. 5.
