ORDER: Heard Smt. S.Samantha Krishna,
learned counsel for the petitioner. This Civil Revision Petition has been filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India, challenging the delay in disposing of E.P.N0.TI of 2024 in O.S. No. 14 of 2013, pending before the Junior Civil Judge, Vuyyuru.

The petitioner/plaintiff filed O.S.No.14 of 2013 for the recovery of Rs.1,00,000/- based on a promissory note dated 22.08.2005, wherein the defendant had agreed to repay Rs.60,000/- with interest at 25% per annum. The suit was decreed on 06.12.2016. Subsequently, the petitioner/plaintiff/decree holder filed E.P.No.11 of 2024 to execute the decree, which is pending.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the decree has attained finality and was not challenged by the defendant/judgment debtor. A memo along with an affidavit to this effect has also been filed.

5. The decree is dated 06.12.2016. The decree under law deserves prompt execution, is the settled position in law to administer justice.

Considering the aforesaid, but without observing anything on the merits of the decree or its executability, this Civil Revision Petition is being disposed of finally with the observation that if the decree has attained finality and there is no other legal impediment, the learned Junior Civil Judge, Vuyyuru, shall expeditiously dispose of E.P.No.11 of 2024 after affording due opportunity of hearing to the parties concerned and in accordance with the law.
3 (RNT,J C.R.P.No.287 of 2025) No order as to costs. As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions, if any pending, shall also stand closed.
