GP FOR REVENUE The Court made the following: ORDER: The present Writ Petition is filed, under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, seeking the following relief: “….to issue an appropriate Writ, Order, or Direction, more particularly a Writ in the nature of Mandamus, declaring the inaction of Respondents No.3 in not disposing of the petitioner’s application dated 06.02.2025, pertaining to the land situated in Survey No.61/5, L.P.No.28/56 of Chinna Amiram Village, Bhimavaram Mandal, West Godavari District, as illegal, arbitrary, unjust, and violative of the petitioners fundamental rights guaranteed under Article 14 and 300A of the Constitution of India and consequently direct Respondents No.3 to forthwith consider and to pass such other order or orders…..” 2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Assistant Government Pleader for the respondents. 3. The grievance of the writ petitioner herein is that the respondents are not considering the representation/application made by him on 06.02.2025 pertaining to the land situated in Sy.No.61/5 L.P.No.28/56 of Chinna Amiram Village, Bhimavaram Mandal, West Godavari District. It is also submitted that a patta has been given by the revenue authorities in favour of the writ petitioner and he has been in continuous possession of the subject land. While that being so, the respondent Nos.5 & 6 are trying to interfere with the peaceful possession. Due to interference, the petitioner made application/representation to the Revenue Divisional Officer. It is also submitted that the said representation has not been considered so far. Hence, the present writ petition. 3 4. Having regard to the facts and circumstances of this case, on perusal of the record and also the writ petition, as the issue involved in this writ petition is purely a private dispute between the petitioner and respondent Nos.5 & 6, this Court is not inclined to entertain this writ petition. Accordingly, this Writ Petition is dismissed, grating liberty to the petitioner to approach the appropriate Civil Court for redress. There shall be no order as to costs.
