Heard learned Counsel for the parties and perused the record. 2. The present petition has been filed for the following relief : "i) issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of certiorari quashing the impugned orders dated 06/02/2025 and 03/05/2025(Annexure No.1&2 to the writ petition) passed by respondent nos. 3 and 2 respectively. ii). issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus commanding the respondents not to give effect the impugned orders dated 06/02/2025/and 03/05/2025(Annexure No.1&2 to the writ petition) passed by respondent nos. 3 and 2 respectively." 3. Learned Standing Counsel has raised a preliminary objection that against the orders impugned, the petitioner has an alternative remedy of filing a revision under Section 210 of the U.P. Revenue Code, 2006. 4. Since, the petitioner has an alternative remedy, I am not inclined to interfere in the matter. 5.
