It is brought to the notice of this Court that witness summons has been already issued by the Trial Court and therefore, the Trial Court as well as the prosecution shall make endeavors to examine C.W.1 and C.W.2 on priority before the Trial Court and in the event C.W.1 and C.W.2 are not examined within the next four months, the petitioner is at liberty to file fresh bail application, provided the petitioner cooperates before the Trial Court for examination of C.W.1 and C.W.2.
