This Writ Petition has been filed seeking to declare the order of 2nd respondent in Rc.No.A1/Tenders/66/2014, dated 13.09.2014, as illegal, arbitrary and violation of Articles 14 and 19 (1) (g) of the Constitution of India and violation of orders passed by this Court in Writ Petition No.37198 of 2013, dated 14.03.2014 and set-aside the same and consequently, direct the respondents to refund the security and EMD deposit amounts to a tune of Rs.3.56 lakhs. 2.
2. Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, Sri Jagadish, learned counsel for the Writ Petitioner submits that no orders are required to be passed in the present Writ Petition, as the matter has become infructuous. 3. Recording the said submission, the Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs. 4. As a sequel thereto, the miscellaneous applications, if any, pending in this Writ Petition, shall stand closed. ___ __________
