JUSTICE MOKSHA KHAJURIA KAZMI, JUDGE ORDER 16.07.2025 By this petition, the petitioner herein has alleged non-compliance of the order passed by this Court on 19.11.2015 wherein the petition was disposed of with a direction to respondent no. 2 to accord consideration and to take a final decision with respect to the claim of the petitioner strictly in terms of rules. Statement of facts stands filed by the respondents. It is stated by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the claim of the petitioner for registration as migrant and for release of monthly relief has been considered and has been rejected. Respondents have placed on record consideration order dated 27.06.2019 along with statement of facts. Respondents have implemented the order passed by this Court on 19.11.2015 in its letter and spirit. Therefore, contempt proceedings are closed. However, liberty is granted to learned counsel for the petitioner to challenge the consideration order dated 27.06.2019, if he so desires.
