The present appeal has been filed against the judgment and order dated 28.08.1987 passed by Sessions Judge, Pilibhit, in Sessions Trial No.191 of 1986. 2. As per the Office report dated 29.04.2025, based on the report of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Shahjahanpur dated 28.04.2025, the sole surviving appellant, namely, Kalyan Singh son of Jagannath Singh died on 21.06.2024. We have perused the report of the Chief Judicial Magistrate along with the copy of death certified issued by the Gram Pradhan and statement of Suresh Singh son of Jagannath real brother of the deceased. Statements of Sub Inspector Rajendra Singh and Village Pradhan, Captain Ashok Kumar Singh, have also been annexed. 3. The appeal, accordingly, stands abated.
