This application has been filed on behalf of the petitioner for quashing the order dated 18.01.2021 passed by the learned 1st Additional District and Sessions Judge-cum-Special Judge (SC/ST Act), Madhubani in Cr. No. 38 of 2018. 3. The petitioner has not attached the certificate of his being a member of the SC/ST community either in the Court below or in this Court. Moreover, by a detailed and reasoned order, the complaint petition has been dismissed by the Court below. Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.54422 of 2021(4) dt.20-03-2025 2/2 4. Upon perusal of the complaint, it appears to be a malafide prosecution and the Court below has rightly dismissed the same and this Court finds no illegality in the impugned order. 5.
