However, the police are directed not to interfere in the civil disputes between the petitioner and the unofficial respondent relating to the land in an extent of Ac.7.00 cents covered by R.S.No.4-1A1A of Chillaboyinapalli Village, Eluru District. There shall be no order as to costs.
