2. The petitioner has been made accused in connection with Peterwar P.S. Case No. 183 of 2024, for the offences registered under Sections 69, 74, 82, 115, 127(1), 352 and 351 of the B.N.S., 2023, pending in the Court of learned Sub-Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Bermo, Tenughat.
3. On the pretext of marriage, the petitioner is alleged to have established consensual physical relationship with the victim. Later on, he refused to marry her. They were in relationship since last 14 years.
4. Mr. Baibhaw Gahlaut, learned Advocate appearing on behalf of the informant has vehemently opposed the prayer for bail.
5. Considering the fact that the parties were in relationship since last 14 years, I am inclined to release the petitioner, on bail. Accordingly, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned Sub-Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Bermo, Tenughat in connection with Peterwar P.S. Case No. 183 of 2024.
