The present petition has been filed seeking following relief(s):- “10.1) That the Hon’ble Court may kindly be pleased to quash the order dated 11.7.2019 of P/1 and recommendation dated 18.03.2024 of P/2 and further the Court may also Digitally signed by MOHAMMAD AADIL KHAN 2 be kindly pleased to direct the police authorities remove the petitioner’s name from the Social Gunda List so as to secure his right to life and personal liberty. 10.2) That, such other reliefs which the Hon’ble Court deems fit in the circumstances of the case be also granted to the petitioner.” 2. This is second round of litigation. The petitioner had earlier approached this Court for redressal of his grievance in WPCR No.13 of 2021 which was disposed of by this Court vide order dated 19-06-2023 directing the petitioner to make a representation before the competent authority and the same was directed be decided within eight weeks from the production of the said order and in pursuance of the same the petitioner made a representation before the Superintendent of Police concerned and the matter is subjudice and a report has been called from the SDO(P) and the report has already been submitted, but the matter has not been decided by the respondent No.2 till date and the petitioner has come up again with the aforesaid prayers challenging the report of the SDO(P) dated 18-03-2024 and also the order dated 11-07-2019. 3. Considering the fact that the matter is subjudice before the concerned Superintendent of Police in pursuant to the order dated 19-06-2023 passed by this Court, we are not inclined to entertain the present writ petition which is not maintainable.
